Hohe Lichtintensitäten in Objektvertiefungen:

Typisches Beispiel sind Kfz-Steckverbinder mit vielen Pins und einer hohen Komplexität. Viele dieser Steckverbinder verfügen über Vertiefungen für die Steckergehäuse. Mit dem neuen Chromasens Koaxial-Modul ist es nun möglich gerichtetes Licht ohne Schattenwurf in die Tiefe des Objektes zu bringen. Die Kameraperspektive wird hierdurch nicht beeinflusst.

Beispiel-Applikationen:

  • 3D Inspektion von Steckverbindern
  • Typ: Version mit dunklem Feld
  • Zielsetzung: Licht in tiefe Objekte bringen

Koaxial-Module für Hellfeldbeleuchtung

Diffuses Licht für flache und spiegelnde Objekte:

Hellfeldbeleuchtungen sind die erste Wahl für Applikationen, die einen senkrechten Betrachtungswinkel erfordern oder beim Einsatz von telezentrischen Objektiven. Das Koaxialmodul von Chromasens ist sehr gut für diese Applikationen geeignet und ist in einer Länge von bis zu 680 mm verfügbar. Optional sind Schutzgläser für den Einsatz in staubiger Umgebung erhältlich. Die Leistungswerte der Corona-Module bleiben entsprechend erhalten.
