What is new with the calibration V 2.0 ?
---------------------------------------
- 	Requires CS-3D software package 2.0 or newer.

-	Better positioning of height image
	Rectified image now starting at the left border

-	No more strip-effects at the image border of the rectified image

-	The distance given by the 3D-viewer and the related *ToMm-Api functions is now given in a clearer way.
	Instead of distance to the principal point, the distance to front of housing of camera is given. 

-	Integrity check to avoid accidentally changes to the calibration.

- 	No changes to your code are required if you switch between V 1.0 and V 2.0.

For compatibility with older version of the API we will provide the legacy calibration for a limited time.
